become highly specialized in assisting commercial hedgers across the
livestock industry assess their exposure to commodity price changes and
designing risk management strategies that offer the best risk/reward
alternatives to their business. In the past our core business revolved
around cattle feeders, hog producers, and pork and beef packers. In more
recent years, however, we have become increasingly involved in
cross-hedging individual meat items for restaurants, distributors, and
retailers, as the food service industry moves towards longer-term supply

is to collect, model, and analyze dozens of key fundamental indicators
